Ladies' Carnival (Women's Circle)

Our Women's Circle has become a sanctuary from the chaos of everyday life. Here, for two hours, you can rest, recharge, and immerse yourself in a warm, welcoming space where you're heard and seen. This is a safe, non-judgmental circle where we believe that women have so much to offer one another, through sharing, listening, and simply being present.

Connected to the wheel of year, this session a truly beautiful Carnival celebration, where you’ll have the chance to discover different facets of yourself and uncover the endless possibilities within. This will be an unforgettable, liberating experience, where we’ll explore the masks we wear for various reasons and the courage it takes to reveal our most authentic selves. If you would like feel free to come in costume, but its not mandatory because we’ll provide masks. It will be a joyful, transformative celebration — an exciting journey that invites you to shed your disguise and boldly express who you truly are in a safe and empowering space.

What you can expect:
- Meditation to discover different facets of yourself
- Partner exercises to reflect and support one another
- Gentle movement to release tension and invite ease
- Art therapy exercises to connect deeply with ourselves and express what we cannot put into words
- A beautiful ritual

- Beautiful carnival masks, so we can fully experience the carnival atmosphere.
