Womb Blessing (13th Rite of Munay-Ki) & Sound Bath

This gathering is an invitation to come home to yourself and to gift yourself a moment of care before the busyness of the holiday season. We’ll spend the afternoon in a supportive circle of women, a space to rest and reconnect. The evening will conclude with the presence of Nolwenn Treguer, a practitioner of energy healing, whose sound bath will gently support us in integrating the Womb Blessing.

The womb is more than a physical place, it’s where we hold memories: both joyful and painful. It carries the stories of our mothers and grandmothers, and the experiences of the women who came before us. When fear, shame, or old wounds are held in this space, they can not only show up as physical and emotinal imbalances but also negatively influence what we create and manifest in our lives.

The 13th Munay-Ki Rite (The Rite of the Womb) - passed down from an ancient lineage of Peruvian medicine women - offers a way to release these patterns of fear and shame, bringing a renewed sense of peace, confidence, and openness to creation.

·  Gentle work with sacred herbs and oils while connecting with your womb space

·  Enjoying a special calming and nourishing herbal drink

·  Receiving an ancient sacred rite that cleanses the womb from fear and pain, restoring it as a source of creation - a blessing you can later share with the women around you

·  A soothing sound bath with the mesmerising vibrations of steel tongue drums (in particular the Rav Moon with its magical oriental tones), Tibetan bowl and Koshi bells. You can look forward to a deep relaxation, stress and emotional relief and energetic balancing (of the body’s chakras, including the womb centre). Nolwenn will play for the circle, and also for each of you individually for a deeper healing experience.

This ceremony can be especially supportive if you are experiencing relationship challenges, wish to release a past relationship, are healing from the grief of a lost pregnancy, or are dealing with any gynecological or hormonal issues. (However, the Rite is not a treatment and does not replace professional care.)

You are warmly welcome even if your womb has been removed: you can still connect with its energy on an energetic level.
