Description
This 60-minute session offers a gentle introduction to the foundations of Mana Movement - a somatic practice that reconnects you with the body’s innate wisdom through movement and awareness.
Guided by the breath, each movement unfurls naturally - awakening mobility, releasing tension, and reconnecting us with our own flow of life force energy (Mana).
Key information:
- Yoga mats and cushions are provided at the venue.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
- Please avoid coffee or highly caffeinated drinks before arriving. We'll share a tea together after the session.
- Eat something light beforehand - enough to sustain you, but not so much that it limits movement.
- I’ll also ask for your email afterwards so I can send a short feedback form.
Mana is inclusive and diverse; the practice meets each participant exactly where they are that day with gentleness and respect, offering variation, modifications, and space to move at one’s own pace.
This is a meditative and deeply somatic space. Please come with an open heart and a willingness to drop into genuine presence.
