Description
This 60-minute session offers a gentle introduction to the foundations of Mana Movement - a somatic practice that reconnects you with the body’s innate wisdom through movement and awareness.
Guided by the breath, each movement unfurls naturally - awakening mobility, releasing tension, and reconnecting us with our own flow of life force energy (Mana).
Key information:
- There will be 6 participants, + myself.
- Yoga mats and cushions are provided at the venue.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing (not too restrictive — but yoga wear is fine if that’s what you have).
- Please avoid coffee/highly caffeinated drinks before arriving.
- Eat something light beforehand - just enough to sustain you and not inhibit free flow movement.
- You’re welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in, enjoy a tea, and ease into the energy of the space before we begin promptly at 19:00.
The practice is inclusive and diverse; it meets each participant exactly where they are that day with gentleness and respect, offering variation, modifications, and space to move at one’s own pace.
