Taught by native from China, participants will have the opportunity to learn about traditional Chinese noodle culture and cooking techniques. Best part, we will be eating delicious hand-pulled noodles that you made! It is easier than you think!
CLASSES INCLUDE:
- In this 2 hours lesson. we’ll learn, cook and eat delicious hand-pulled noodles in a fun and causal environment! Hand-pulled noodles are chewy, springy and meaty in mouthfeel that you will never get from dried noodles.
- Learn how to make noodle dough from scratch.
- Learn how to turn the dough into Biang Biang hand-pulled noodles
- Learn how to serve the noodles in 2 different homemade sauces!
- All VEGAN .
- We'll talk about different types of noodles and "Noodle Etiquette"
- All the equipment and ingredients will be provided.
- BYOB (optional).
- No experience is required!
CLASS INFO:
- 2-12 people per class.

- If participants are under 18 years of age, and without accompanying parents, please notify us ahead of time via email at bostonbonbon@gmail.com. We will need to send you a form to fill out some basic contact information.
- A 100% refund, less a $10 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise, unless the class is canceled by Boston Bonbon. In this event, 100% of the class cost and fees will be refunded.
