Valentine's Day (Self-Love) Women's Circle

Our Women's Circle has become a sanctuary from the chaos of everyday life. Here, for two hours, you can rest, recharge, and immerse yourself in a warm, welcoming space where you're heard and seen. This is a safe, non-judgmental circle where we believe that women have so much to offer one another, through sharing, listening, and simply being present.

On this session, we’ll go on a date with ourselves and have a Valentine’s Day that’s truly about us. Valentine’s Day is not just about relationships, but also about self-love. We'll celebrate this day together in our Women’s Circle, and find a way to give ourselves something truly special that will transform our relationship with ourselves. This evening will be all about you, about us – we will heal and integrate our inner child, practice gentle heart chakra-opening exercises, and of course, connect and share a lot.

What you can expect:
- Meditation to increase self-love
- Partner exercises to reflect and support one another
- Gentle movement to release tension and invite ease
- Art therapy exercises to connect deeply with ourselves and express what we cannot put into words
- A beautiful ritual
