Women's Circle: A Deep Dive into Self-Belief

Our Women's Circle has become a sanctuary from the chaos of everyday life. Here, for two hours, you can rest, recharge, and immerse yourself in a warm, welcoming space where you're heard and seen. This is a safe, non-judgmental circle where we believe that women have so much to offer one another, through sharing, listening, and simply being present.

The end of the autumn (when darkness and nights are getting longer) is especially suitable for looking inward and finding our inner stability: our inner light that continues to illuminate our path, even when outer circumstances are challenging or uncertain.

While we all carry stories of doubt, fear, and the limitations our minds impose on us, we also possess the power to break free from these constraints.

Together, we will discover the answers and the infinite potential within ourselves that helps us realize our dreams and aspirations, as they were placed in our hearts for a reason.

We will dive deeper to find strong self-belief within us: this stability we can always rely on, even in the hardest times. From it, we can nurture beautiful blossoms and become blessings for others, too.

- Art therapy exercises to connect more deeply with ourselves and express what we cannot put into words
