Imbolc (New Moon) Women's Circle

Our Women's Circle has become a sanctuary from the chaos of everyday life. Here, for two hours, you can rest, recharge, and immerse yourself in a warm, welcoming space where you're heard and seen. This is a safe, non-judgmental circle where we believe that women have so much to offer one another, through sharing, listening, and simply being present.

In our next Women's Circle, we will celebrate a wonderful Celtic festival, Imbolc, supported by the energy of the New Moon just one day prior. Imbolc marks the halfway point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox and translates as "in the belly of the Mother," symbolizing the time for seeds to germinate and take root.

What needs to take root within you right now? Do you have the patience to wait for the visible results of your efforts? How do you navigate these transitional periods?

The energy of Imbolc encourages you to nurture your inner light, aspirations, and dreams. This Women's Circle is here to help you find joy and faith during these transitional times. Together, we will plant our intentions with small seeds, with the hope that they will grow into flourishing plants by spring. We will also hold a beautiful candle blessing ceremony, and of course, there will be plenty of conversation and connection.

What you can expect:

- Partner exercises to reflect and support one another
- Gentle movement to release tension and invite ease
- Art therapy exercises to connect deeply with ourselves and express what we cannot put into words
