Description

Experience an evening where reality transforms into a dream.

Gentle voice guidance, music, scent, and breath will lead you into an inner landscape where you meet the parts of yourself that may have forgotten how to dream. Step into a space where the body softens, the mind quiets, and the soul remembers its own story.

What is Dream Nest?

Dream Nest is an evening experiential journey blending guided imagery, sound work, and gentle somatic practice. Each evening is a unique story — a weaving of music, voice, and breath — naturally guiding you back into alignment with yourself.
This edition carries the theme of archetypes — the inner forces that shape our lives. In a safe space, with closed eyes and an open heart, you will meet four expressions of your own energy: strength, kindness, intuition, and wisdom.
Three hours in a space where reality gently dissolves into imagination. Not a ritual or classic workshop, but a living dream that brings you back into your body, stillness, and heart.

What to expect

✨ Cacao to warm and ground you
✨ Gentle somatic activation inspired by neuroscience
✨ Guided imagery into the depths of the subconscious
✨ Music & voice creating a supportive soundscape
✨ Integration & sharing in a safe container
Each part is designed to guide you from subtle attunement into a deep sense of unity — with yourself and with others.

Who this evening is for

  • For anyone who feels the call to return home — into the body, presence, and inner calm.
  • For those longing for an experience that transforms from within.
  • No experience is needed — only openness, breath, and curiosity

Dorothe Trassl

Dorothe is a psychologist, therapist, yoga teacher, and mother of three. She worked as a therapist in South Africa, daily facing deeply challenging stories and trauma. Since 2007 she has been leading seminars and running her practice in Germany, serving as a senior trainer of The Journey worldwide.
Her work weaves Journeywork, trauma therapy, and yoga into a unique body-based method called e-motion, creating tailored movement sequences that help release stored tension and open emotional freedom.
What to bring: a yoga mat, blanket, comfortable clothing, water, and a personal item to create your “nest.”
This evening is not about becoming someone else — but remembering who you already are.
Reserve your place and gift yourself an evening that may shift how you experience yourself and the world.
