Taught by native from China, participants will have the opportunity to learn about traditional Chinese noodle culture and cooking techniques. Best part, we will be eating delicious hand-pulled noodles that you made! It is easier than you think!
CLASSES INCLUDE:
- In this 2 hours lesson. we’ll learn, cook and eat delicious hand-pulled noodles in a fun and causal environment! Hand-pulled noodles are chewy, springy and meaty in mouthfeel that you will never get from dried noodles.
- Learn how to make noodle dough from scratch.
- Learn how to turn the dough into Biang Biang hand-pulled noodles
- Learn how to serve the noodles in 2 different homemade sauces!
- All VEGAN by nature .
- We'll talk about different types of noodles and "Noodle Etiquette"
- All the equipment + ingredients will be provided. Coffee + Tea!
- BYOB (optional).
- No experience is required!

What is the significance of Noodles?
Did you know that noodles dated back to at least 4000 years in Northern China? Noodles are not only a crucial part of the diet but also a food that is endlessly versatile and adaptable. The long strands of noodles represent longevity, while the variety of noodles symbolizes the diverse and rich culture of different regions in China. Eating noodles is also seen as a communal activity that brings people together and strengthens relationships, making it an essential part of Chinese family gatherings and social events.
Return & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change! Below is the policy for ticket returns and refunds:
Cancellations & Refunds:
Full Refund: If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, you will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: If you cancel between 3-6 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future workshop.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to a friend—just let me know their name in advance.
Event Cancellations:
