Women's Circle Mandala Painting & Cacao Ceremony

Women's Circles help women recognize their true value in a safe, non-judgmental environment, teaching them how to flow with ease instead of living in constant worry and anxiety, and how to create miracles around them.

This year has undoubtedly been intense for many, making it especially important to take a moment to pause, rest, and reconnect with ourselves. This beautiful four-hour gathering offers just that - a chance to stop, reflect, and prepare for the year ahead.

As we come together on the Winter Solstice, the darkest day of the year, we will also celebrate the lengthening of the days and the return of light, symbolizing a new beginning with the approaching new year.

In the first part of the session, we will prepare for the new cycle by painting our intentions for the upcoming year in the form of a Year Planner Mandala. We will paint our mandalas using the dotting technique, with no need for prior experience. Learn the basics of the dotting and paints, how to dilute them, and the tools used for dotting, as well as the meaning behind mandalas. Practice 8 basic patterns on black paper and learn how to symmetrically design a mandala using a template. We will use vibrant shades that will stand out perfectly against the black background. Finally we will channel our energy and intentions into this sacred form of expression. Our final product will be a small pocket mirror, which we can carry with us throughout the year as a talisman. Whenever we look into the mirror, it will remind us of our intentions.

In the second part of the gathering, we will open our hearts to healing and love with the supportive, heart-centered medicine of Ceremonial Cacao. This plant medicine helps us connect deeply with ourselves, release what no longer serves us, and invite in new light.

We will combine the cacao ceremony with exercises designed to enhance this process.
