Mgr. Michal Dvořák studied mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Brown University in the USA. In 2023 he became the first person in the Czech Republic to be recognised as a
Senior Mindfulness Teacher. He has led dozens of courses and specialises in making mindfulness practical and accessible for students and young professionals.
